ZipLine Fun

This is just a little glimpes into a typical Saturday afternoon here in MI. Generally Aurora and Kai come up with crazy ideas and I just do my best to make it a reality. This was our first attempt at a zipline. For the second attempt Aurora suggested that I go down first to increase the tension on the line (genius idea...wish I would have thought of it) and it worked like a charm. I just wish I would have caught that one on camera.

Yes two days in a row.....This is for you Auntie Jenn.
The first dusting of snow has finally arrived. It was really just a tease, but Aurora managed to collect the majority of the dirt/snow mix (that she did not eat) from the yard to create these dirty little snow people. Thanks to the freezing temps these little guys have been staring into our kitchen window for a little over a week now. And thanks to the advances in dental hygiene (and a little elbow grease) we were able to scrub the dirt clods from between Aurora's teeth as well. Yes another winter is upon us....
